Singing/songwriting, school, reading good books/poetry, rollerblading, developing a more intimate relationship with Jesus, and of course being a godly example for my children to follow. The most intriguing things to me are those that help me grow spiritually in Christ...like reading the Word, not so much going to church on Sundays but the power behind it, the motivation I get from doing so, and the freedom I experience when the church body comes together to worship God,(yes we get RADICAL but I would not have it any other way!).... as well as to learn more about His teachings while there. Anything pertaining to the supernatural strenghth of the Almighty, and the peace of mind I have during and after prayer knowing that God heard every single word I said!! What a privilege!!!
Jesus Christ someday so that I can meet my Maker and Creator and thank Him in person for everything He has done for me in my life, and for the unending grace He continues to pour out into my life even though I don't deserve it. I also wish to meet either Nick Lachey or Jessica Simpson so that I can tell them to straighten up, swallow their pride, forgive one another and reconcile because I am so convinced that they belong together...even though they are now divorced!!!!! The eyes never lie when it comes to love or anything else for that matter!!! As far as who else I would like to meet: well, DEFINITELY NOT the man of my dreams because we all know he is non-existent!!! Okay, maybe he does exist but is out of reach thanks to the poor choices I made before I came to know Christ. I had the golden opportunity over fourteen years ago to stay with him except I was too naive and stupid to realize it at the time, so I walked out. And to this day, I have not experienced such genuine love with anyone else. There's a long, winding road ahead for me isn't there??? It's all good though, as long as God is beside me holding my hand the rest of the way. I plan on staying in His perfect will and life cannot get better than that!!!!..

"The Passion Of The Christ" stole my heart, but some of my other favorites are oldies such as "When A Man Loves A Woman" "You've Got Mail" "Jerry Maguire" "Return To Me" "Autumn In New York" "Ghost" "Legends of the Fall" "Beaches" "Conspiracy Theory" "Cinderella Man" and more recent ones like "The Notebook" and "In Good Company" (so what if I am a helpless romantic-get over it). I also enjoyed watching "The Secret Garden" ( I know but this movie makes me cry still!!)"The Bourne Identity", "WindTalkers" "Dragonfly" "Woman Thou Art Loosed" "Sleeping With The Enemy" "The Diary of a Mad Black Woman" "Crash" "Domestic Disturbance" "Modigliani" "The Departed" and "Walk The Line"
Everybody Loves Raymond and The X-Files re-runs, Supernatural, Smallville, Gilmore Girls, and of course the Lifetime Movie Network.
The Word of God (the amplified version is my favorite), any educational, Christian self-help, poetry, but my absolute favorite books are from the authors Frank Peretti, Charles Stanley, Chuck Swindoll, and Dean Koontz.
People who go through hell here on earth and rather than blaming God for their jacked up lives, choose to give HIM the glory because they realize that He is the very reason why they wake up every morning and are given one more day, (we all know that tomorrow is not promised to ANYBODY). Those who are grateful to God because they KNOW that HE is the one who enables them to be empowered and causes them to stand when all they feel like doing at times is giving up. More of my heroes include: people who show humility and love to everyone equally as Jesus does (this is what will draw people to Christ and how others will know whether or not we are His followers). And finally: single parents (as myself)... because it is tough enough to raise children by both parents, and teachers...for they educate tomorrow's leaders.
