About Me

You know the saying - life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get...well I am that box of godiva chocolates that comes with a description and photo of individual chocolates... you know what you are getting into. Right now I am living in Philly. I have a pup - Havoc. Very entertaining dog. One of my best friends - Ann, and her husband Ryan also live in Center City Philly. They have a great dane named Dee. She has quickly become havoc's girlfriend. Those kids...Anyway - I still work for the same firm. There is a hideous photo of me on the website if anyone is bored enough to check - www.mcgivneyandkluger.comOther than that - nothing much going on...just hanging out with friends, traveling, eating at fantastic restaurants and dreaming of VT in the summer. Cant wait until it gets warmer...I foresee concerts, hiking & camping in the poconos with friends, heading to my parents cabin in Maine, and a vacation to Carmel-by-the-sea in late august.

My Interests

reading, cooking, hiking (light hiking, of course, since I am not exactly in shape right now), swimming, fishing, skiing, snowboarding (out west only - I suck and the ice on the east coast is not any fun), traveling, traveling, traveling, and playing with my pup. Oh - and watching movies (addicted really), plays (have not been to one since I met Rory and his sister in manhattan two years ago), playing cards, taking pictures, throwing pots (which I have not done in years) and watching sports - live only (no - I dont know individual players names and more likely than not I will not know the basic rules of the sport in question - but they are so much fun to watch live - especially hockey and soccer)...If you ask me to watch a sport on tv, then it better be college football and the Gators better be playing, because if not then I will not be thoroughly engaged and will probably be in the kitchen whipping up some tasty appetizer.

I'd like to meet:

Ayn Rand - Although she is dead...so that wouldn't really work. Hmm. Tom Robbins. Oh and I no longer need to meet Steve Jobs - I actually learned how to get my IPod Nano to work all on my own.
