Hi! My name is Karen...I am single, proud parent of two sons and one grandson. I really do love my family and enjoy every day! My parents are in their mid-80's and are doing very well. I am so blessed to have my Mom and Dad...They have been married for 68 years and have been and still are, the most wonderful parents/best friends in the world! I love them so much! My oldest son is a Marine, husband and father, my youngest son who is a student at Sumner High School; he is feeling a calling to the priest-hood and studying the vocation. Of course, I want grandchildren so??? HOWEVER...I support his choices...And I actively participate in his studies and since I too am a Catholic it is easy for me.
I have an older sister who lives close and an older brother who lives in Wichita, KS. WE ARE all very close. I work at a college and I am happy to say I do enjoy my job very much...I better; I have been there for 26 years! NOT doing the same thing but have been very blessed to have the opportunities to change my career path to where I am today. It’s great!
I am a widow, my son's father passed away several years ago and we were best friends...I MISS him VERY much! I grew up in Wichita, KS...went to a parochial school. I moved with my parents to Seattle when I was 16 and graduated at Tyee High school. I went to WSU; WICHITA STATE UNIVERSITY in Kansas for 2 years met my husband moved to Montana and graduated from the University of Montana. I have lived in the Seattle area since 1978.
