It's All Meat

About Me

Jim Morrison's "Live fast, die young, and leave a good looking corpse" never rang truer for It's All Meat. The guys hailed from Toronto and released a superb, but little known album in 1970. With keyboard-dominated psychedelia, monster garage and haunting wah-wah, the band almost sound like the Doors ("Crying Into A Deep Lake") while at other times the band is a dead ringer for the Rolling Stones ("Make Some Use Of Your Friends").

However, no band could recycle that awesome sensuality that bursts out of their 1969 single, "FEEL IT".

All songs written by Rick McKim & Jed MacKay.
