About Me

I started with guitar, but, guitarists being a dime a dozen (not adjusted for inflation), I branched out to electric bass when I joined my first band in Vancouver, B.C. I moved to Toronto a few years ago and played bass and occasional guitar in a bunch of bands. I also discovered a new love of rhythm playing the djembe (a West African hand drum) at the weekly drum circle in Trinity-Bellwoods park. When the circle got shut down, I helped to keep it going at other venues (see www.drummersinexile.com ) and met a whole bunch of fine musicians in the process. Now I'm back focusing on guitar again, and singing. Yeah!
