About Me

My name is Snow. and this is WHAT I'M MADE OF. I'm a wife. Michael is my other half, The sun to my moon. I'm a mother to the most beautiful child in the world. Her name is Shaylee. Words cannot describe her, so I won't try. I grew up in IL, but have been living in Atlanta for 2 years. I love it here.I get home sick from time to time. I am an animal lover, particularly fond of K9s. I'm a very happy person, my life is beautiful. I love anything creative, or fun. One of my many passions is writing. I write blogs, poetry, and just free style write. I love to express my thoughts. I would like to do some creative photography, if time permits. I love to look at art. I have been known to make life changing decisions on impulse. I like to play my music loud. I enjoy a good party. I love looking up at the stars. I have strong convictions,. With that said, I think it is wonderful that people are different. I just don't bother with close mindedness. I hate labels. If you fit into a label, there really is not much to your personality. My favorite thing on earth to do is laugh. Laughter can heal all. I am passionate about everything I do. Sometimes I can be too intense. I don't think anything is too small or simple to think about. Everything matters in my world. It's the little things that make up life.
I am a LOVER OF PEOPLE. Friendship though, for me anyways, is rare and beautiful, because I don't make friends easily, I guess because I just am not in social situations a lot. The people that I call friends though, are carved in stone. I am an open book, and easy to get to know for the most part, and oh how I do love to talk. I want to talk to people who are genuine. I am not interested in upping someone's friend counter, that is so childish & disapointing, so if you add me, I hope it is because you want to get to know me.

And now MY HEART IS DANCING because life has surprised me . I was sailing along, thinking life was dandy, & then Shaylee came along. Now all of a sudden, I am a mommy to the most amazing baby girl. She has made my whole life brighter. If you would have told me 5 years ago, that it would be like this, I would have called you crazy. Life can change fast. I swear, the whole 9 months I was pregnant with her, as excited as I was, I didn't realize the change that was about to take place. This probably sounds sappy, those of you without children reading this might think, oh God another woman bragging on her baby, and don't get me wrong I AM bragging, but it's more than that. Tomorrow really IS a brand new day.

YES, MAKE WAVES: I hate fact that child molesters are ble to walk free in our society to repeatedly hurt our children. I hate that you cant just let your kids play in the neighborhood anymore. It's not fair that we have to raise our children afraid of people. Also If the children next door were being abused, would you try to save them? I sure hope so. Why not do the same for the animals out there that are constantly in that boat. I am so sick and tired of seeing dogs chained up outside all day and night, with no human interaction. I can't tell you how many times, I have met dogs who are so timid from the beatings, that they remind me of some battered wife, with no dignity left. It is not right, and it is not okay. I urge anyone reading this, if you know it's happening (and I know you do) don't just look the other way, do something about it. They want your help. If they could speak they would tell you that.
