Natural Strength Training; Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman, Highland Games, kettlebells, grip training, feats of strength, firearms, imports, microbrews, scotch whiskey, cigars and spending time with my lovely, but nerdy, wife.

I'd like to meet:

People interested in strength training, and old friends I've lost contact with.

Pretty much anything but country.

Some of my favorites... Gladiator, Walking Tall, Outlaw Josey Wales, Braveheart and Patriot.

Television:

The Office, Heroes, Ultimate Fighter, & Whose Line is it Anyway. The Discovery Channel, The History Channel, TLC and Animal Planet has some good programs too. RIP Crocodile Hunter!
