Born and raised in Montreal Canada, Vice, the self named Black Rocky has been breathing hip hop since the very young age of 11. The name Vice is said to be a product of his environment, the influences of the unspoken life of the street. Recognized by his peers to be one of the most talented artists of his kind, he is filled with acclamations and street credibility. Vice is well known on the underground street circuit for his mix tapes appearances, (notably, ‘I Love Vice’ (2003), When I was a Kid (2004), Welcome to Vice City (2005), and most recently the multiple set volumes of ‘ I’ve Got a Vice’ (2007)). Mix tapes have and continue to sell by the thousands on a growing fan base across Canada. Vice is also known as a producer, a songwriter and a Hip Hop Entrepreneur as he heads the NockOut Entertainment production label.
