About Me

I make a living managing and designing websites mainly in the music industry, although I work in other areas as well. My company Replenish New Media , works with some really great acts, so check out our website and myspace profile for more information on who we are involved with.

My main passion in life is music. I am very fortunate to be able to combine my love of music and also my love of all things technological (my main interests being technology that can supply me with information, or can help me on a day-to-day basis) into what for me is pretty much my dream job. I realise how lucky I am to be able to do this, and how lucky I am to be able to wake up each day and look forward to my job, not dread it. Many of the people I work with I consider friends, all of whom are very talented at what they do.

My blog 'The Middle Of Yesterday' contains a mixture of posts detailing both my personal and professional life, as well as stories and articles I've found while surfing the internet. Check it out - I hope you enjoy reading.

My Interests

..Music, Internet, Technology, Food, Drink, Football, Friends, Socialising. All the usual things.

I'd like to meet:

Dave Grohl (Who wouldn't?)...the other was Pearl Jam, or at least to see them play live, but on April 20th 2006 that happened and I was lucky enough to meet and chat at length to all of the band (see my pics for a photo with Eddie Vedder!) Bring on Dave Grohl!

Music:

..Makes the world go round.

My current top 5 albums of all time are:

The Police - Outlandos D'Amour

Third Eye Blind - Self Titled

Pearl Jam - Yield

Foo Fighters - There's Nothing Left To Lose

The Used - Self Titled

See what I've been listening to recently here .

Movies:

..Far too many to list. Some of my all-time favourites include The Usual Suspects, Garden State, Austin Powers 2, Spinal Tap and A Mighty Wind.

Television:

..Sucks in general, apart from '24' which is the best thing on TV since Technicolour. I also like the A-Team and Lost, as well as My Name Is Earl and pretty much anything by Peter Kay and Steve Coogan.

Books:

..I mainly ready biographies and autobiographies about musicians and bands (although I'm working my way through Dan Brown's books to see what the fuss is about) and I'd really like to read more. I just never seem to be able to find the time.

Heroes:

..Not many people I'd actually call 'heroes' as such, just some people I really admire and have a lot of respect for. I don't need to list them here though.
