I have been playing guitar and writing songs since forever...
A few years back I created a web site where you can learn guitar for free - most likely that is how you found this page!! I try and add new lessons whenever I get free time - usually it's donation dependent. When people donate it allows me to take time off my regular work to make new lessons. You can make donations via the web site (as you probably know!).
My day to day "work life" is mostly playing (sessions and teaching), but my real love is writing songs. I spend every free moment trying to get the writing finished for my album, due out sometime early 2009. I am doing some co-writing with some fab people - the new stuff I am working on now has a lot more edge, some cool electric stuff with a whole band, in addition to the chilled acoustic vibe of these demos. That said I am still working on more solo acoustic guitar tunes too - just 'cos I love playing them.
Plan is to record the basic tracks in early November, finish the tracking later that month, mix it in December for a January release, but who knows what will happen between now and then???
