About Me

My name is Katelyn, I go to Eastern Washington University where I'm a junior studying communication disorders. Someday I hope to be to a speech pathologist if the school doesn't kill me first. I love to travel although I hardly have the chance, and spending time with friends is a must. Hopefully next year my scary movie buddy, Autumn, will be here with me at Eastern, but until then I guess I have to brave the theater with someone else. I love going to see movies and just hanging out downtown walking around looking at all the stores. My 21st birthday is coming up, it will be interesting. Too bad my boyfriend is younger than me and won't be able to go on my 21 run. Someday I will go bungee jumping and sky diving and I will finally go to Italy or Greece. Studying abroad would be amazing but I'm not sure I have the funds to do it. I'd love to be on Real World only I'm not sure I could handle the drama, I'm not one for confrontation. I tend to be shy around cameras so I'm not sure I would make the best candidate for the show. Hopefully I will move into my own apartment in downtown Spokane soon and actually get serious about school and my career. Once I do that everything will be set. My Interests

I like to watch TV, lets be honest now, a lot of us do. I'm kind of a reality TV whore so keeping up with my shows is a must. However with the new job I hardly have time to do so. I also like going new places and having new adventures. I can't wait for the next road trip! Hanging out with friends, and catching up on missed movies always amuses me. Also I enjoy singing at the top of my lungs and practicing my sweet dance moves when no one is watching.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet Channing Tatum, RYAN REYNOLDS, Reese Witherspoon, and really any actor. My social life has been lacking lately so meeting some new people that like to have fun would be amazing.

Music:

I love all kinds of music, everything from pop to hard rock. Although I will admit that angry man screaming music is not one of my favs. Simple Plan is probably my favorite band, followed by...I dont really know, I dont listen to music all that often to care too much. And I'm pretty much the worse person to go to a concert with because I get bored easily and usually want to sit down. But I do like a lot of different people and am usually open to new bands and people.

Movies:

I love movies! Some of my favorites are While You Were Sleeping, The First Wives Club, and Ever After. A good movie could always brighten my day. When I'm bored, watching a movie is always a good solution.

Television:

One Tree Hill, The Real World, The Guantlet,Grey's Anatomy, and usually any VH1 show.

Books:

Usually I like to read however I have been slacking on that lately. Although cliche, I do enjoy The Da Vinci Code and the Harry Potter series, but I must admit I've only read Harry Potter 1 -3 so I guess I'm not a true fan. But I do like to read about anything that's true or interests me.

Heroes:

My mom is the true hero for being the mother and the father in my life in aspects that my real father lacked, and Autumn who has had to endure more than anything any one person should. But on a lighter note different people throughout the day that do something that amazes me or is completely awesome can also be turned into a hero. Everyone should have the chance to be someone elses hero.
