~Martyrs & Thieves~

as the darkness covers me..."
(Jennifer Knapp, Kansas)~I need YOU here~
"And though the mountains may be moved
and fall into the raging seas
you'll never let me fall you
hold me in your nail scarred hands... i only want to be where you are!
"You're like the rain that falls
fall on this heart and make me new.."
(Darlene Zschech, Hope)
~Come thou fount...~
"Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it
Prone to leave the God I love..."(Robert Robinson, 1735-1790)
~Prone to wander~
"...freedom from myself will be the sweetest rest I've ever known." (Chris Rice).
~In America~ "He has to take it all alone. Is His move political? Play for the people? No. He takes one for the little guy. He takes a hit for the little guy." (Downhere)
[~Sybil(1976)~]"Be careful, don't fall in love with her illness or she could be obligated to seem more complex than she really is to keep your approval. You know damaged little girls, they're defenseless, they belong to somebody else; pieces, fragments, merely illusions, and they are acting out a drama that has nothing to do with you..."
"...that you've found such a creative alternative to insanity is miraculous and it will protect you until you don't need it anymore..."
[~Running with Scissors(2006)~]
"Where would we be without our painful childhoods?"
sure, I like music. sometimes i play the same song for days... music is completely powerful in my life and has influenced me to greatness and extreme sadness. I pay very close attention to words and I love honest lyrics even above a sweet melody. The best combination for me is music and picture, whether that picture be a dance, images, or a scene in a movie.
General Preference:
Apocalyptic, Dark Comedy, Indie films, documentaries, and films dysfunctional/tragic/psychological or involves jacked up adolescents/children coming of age... (did I mention I was a psych major?).
