Band Members: Brendan Crimi:
Lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Brendan Crimi, brings an energetic yet haphazard sensibility to the fresh sound of House On Wheels. At the age of 26, after living a life free of ridicule and scathing hostility, he decided to leave the relative safe haven of his bedroom and perform live music for more than just his uncomfortably large collection of stuffed animals. Since his explosion onto the music scene, Brendan is fortunate enough to have been on the same stage with the likes of Edwin McCain, John Mayer, Blues Traveler, and Maroon 5 each time he was quickly apprehended by security and told not to return. Despite facing such adversity, Brendan continues to strum away with the tenacity of a benchwarmer suffering from delusions of grandeur that someday he's actually going to make it into the game.
Gabe Wanous:
At the age of 13, a teen prodigy emerged on electric guitar, the likes of which the world had never seen. At the same age, Gabriel Wanous took guitar lessons from that prodigy and would go on to achieve a level of notoriety for his own unique style of Lead Guitarism. Gabe's exploits have taken him across the Southeast playing for tons of people in such bands as Mr. Bs Revival, Captain Jack and the fruity pebbles, Draft Cabbage, Hurricane Dick and the Coconuts, and Idella Soul. Nowadays, Gabriel prefers playing for bartenders in empty night clubs something House On Wheels is all too incapable of providing.
Ty Erb:
Conceived in a basement, Ty Erb is accustomed to being at the very bottom. In the deepest depths of a low tone, chasing the back beat, is where Erb feels most comfortable. His knack for lowness would become one of his greatest heights, when at the age of 17, he took up the bass, we're talking guitar here not fish! For the past twelve years, Erb has played professionally for such notable acts as Marty Bribe, Blues Old Stand, and Idella Soul. After his late night treks of being super ephedrinated on Yellow Jackets, while touring with Idella Soul, Erb decided to take a smoother ride grooving in the pocket with House on Wheels.
