I ROAST SMALL BATCHES 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK SO I ALWAYS HAVE THE FRESHEST BEANS
AVAILABLE BEANS
THIS ORGANIC BLEND OF COFFEE COMES FROM RARE YELLOW ARABICA CHERRY'S NOT RED. 99% OF COFFEE ON THE MARKET COMES FROM RED CHERRY’S BECAUSE OF THE HIGHER YIELD THE FARMERS CAN GET. THESE BEANS HAVE A GREAT RICH FLAVOR AND ARE EXTREMELY SMOOTH.
I HAVE BEEN ROASTING THIS BEAN FOR OVER A YEAR BEFORE I DECIDED TO LAUNCH IT WITH KC COFFEE.
This delightful coffee is one of the favorites, a stand alone coffee for the connoisseur. The Bus Blend is a light roast of my Koda Blend mixed with a city + roast of something special, it has a snap to it with a smooth body and a lingering cocoa note.
Warning High In Caffeine!
(OUT OF STOCK UNTILL THE END OF APRIL)Negra coffee is shade grown in the highlands of Nicaragua in the Matagalpa region by the owner, Heddy Kühl's, family. Selva Negra is Rainforest Alliance certified coffee. The quintessential Nicaraguan Estate coffee has a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity. Selva Negra is a micro region in the Maltagalpa area with a very unique soil and climate. This coffee is highly dependant on the roast. A lighter roast will bring out a milk chocolate brightness with some berry overtones while a darker roast tends to accentuate a bittersweet chocolate with a velvet finish. The depth of this cup tends to increase as the coffee cools.Bright acidity, displaying the fresh snap, which is highly desireable in a Costa Rican coffee. Long and sweet aftertaste, with a lingering cocoa note. Elegant body.8 OZ BAG = $5.00

I am proud to say that I am now selling the Yama Vacuum brewer SK-8 (40 oz) for $36.00 plus shipping. You will get the best cup of coffee out of a vacuum brewer, I own 8 different vacuum brewers, ranging from 1920 to the mid 50s and they all leave a little sediment in the bottom pot after brewed with the exception of the Los Mandarines (1920) South American brewer, It uses a hemp filter instead of a glass rod like all my others. I am impressed with the cloth filter in the Yama brewer, there wasn’t any sediment in the bottom pot at all which made for one awesome clean cup of Joe. So now I can say I do own a brewer from 2007. The Yama Has my approval.
