I'm quiet, shy, and not all that talkative until I get to know someone, but then watch out ;)I have Tourette's Syndrome, OCD and ADD, am aware of my surroundings and otherwise mentally intact. However, my tics (symptoms of TS, and that's without a "k") are very bad and can be a little awkward at first---and, no, I don't curse!I love and respect honesty, and am very put off by pretending, and "presentable (but phony) facades." I'm myself; be yourself and we'll get along fine.I'm not very well traveled, but I'm far from uneducated. I just live and learn, pay attention, and am full of fun-filled facts. Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Tom Petty (with or without the Heartbreakers... or as a Traveling Wilbury), ELO (whose frontman, Jeff Lynne, was also a Wilbury), George Harrison (as a solo artist... and ANOTHER Wilbury), some Roy Orbison (yet another Wilbury!), a little Bob Dylan (you guessed it, a former WILBURY also!!! Paul McCartney (solo or with Wings), Van Halen (no "Van Hagar!"), Eric Clapton (as a Domino, solo, or "Cream"-O :), Aerosmith, Willie Nelson, the Dixie Chicks, The White Stripes, CCR, Queen, Bob Seger (and the Silver Bullet Band), Stevie Ray Vaughan, The Who, John Mayer, and DEREK TRUCKS!!!

Movies:

Tommy Boy, Liar Liar, Lone Star State of Mind, The Waterboy, Rat Race, Rookie of the Year (what can I say, I'm a HUGE Cubs fan!), Tombstone, and, my all-time favorite: Forrest Gump.

Television:

Cubs games (when televised!) and ABC's "Boston Legal." Denny and Alan are THE best!

Books:

Harry Potter series, most anything Jon Cleary (an Aussie author), miscellaneous classics like "Candide," "Of Mice and Men," etc. Recently, I've become hooked on Stuart Woods.

Heroes:

John Lennon, who just wanted to give PEACE a chance. And J.K. Rowling, writing books about courage, bravery, and friendship (with a little magic, to boot) who has so enriched our lives with her imagination and knack for storytelling.
