Born and grew up in Kingston , Jamaica . Juice has the pleasure of experience many big sounds of the early 80's and 90's while reside in Jamaica . Due to the fact a member of his family was a big promoter that promotes dances with Stone Love, Metro Media and more, and most times the dance would be literally footsteps from my house. Juice uncle have a sound system in Jamaica with a room full of records dating back before he was born. That's where he would get his practice while skipping school to play music, then my interest grew to start playing on my own. At the age of 14, he started collection his own records and from his own sound with his friend Gentle Love. But those days I would only play music from my yard for the neighbors to hear otherwise known as Yard Sound. Not long after his family migrate to Canada . Then for a couple of years he take a break off the music business, but he was still buying the latest Hip-hop, R&B and Reggae cds to fill up his cd stand that holds over 300 cd. And he would have two portable cd players and a Realistic mixer to dj with cd, back in 1995. He had friend that would laugh and say Cds would never take over Vinyl, but I was determined to become the first cd reggae sound. Meanwhile his other uncle form a sound in the early 90's , OVERPROOF SOUND. He lives in Brooklyn and would play all over the tri-state, and for a couple of years on the Eastern Park Way for labour day parade. The first time he visited New York he got a chance to play at big party, he like the vibes so much, so he decided to join Overproof sound and bring the sound name to Canada as the Canadian version of Overproof using he cds to spin.
