About Me

I read somewhere that when asked what they think about themselves, people tend to overuse the word “average”. Like most people, I suffer from a slight delusion of grandeur. Unlike many, mine may go a little bit beyond “average”. And although I recognize that the Judeo-Christian religion sees the lack of humility as a sin, I can’t stop but think of myself as “special” (skip the short bus comments, not THAT kind of special). Thus, one can find traces of pride, bossiness, and the eternal conviction of being right in my character. I have compassion and a strong desire to help anyone who strives to achieve something in life while trying to avoid the wining that supplements any feeling of entitlement. Living by the belief that no one owes me anything and my life is in my own hands has been working quite well so far. So as long as you don’t think that affirmative action should be extended to your own unfortunate self, I am sure we will get along just fine. A fine sense of sarcasm and an attempt to outsmart me paired and a glass of wine will almost always guarantee you my undivided attention.

Not good.. not good at all

There are very few things that annoy me in this world more than incompetence. Although I have long ago established it as my code of morality, some people just refuse to abide by it. Take for example t...
