A father/son project started in Los Angeles County in 2002, the goal is to match classic rock with hip hop the right way..Whats goin down? My name is Wildcard, a writer/vocalist from Los Angeles County. I have always been into creative writing and music, and when I was 14 I fused both of those together and have been sharpening my skills and craft for around ten years now. I have made tracks with artists such as Krayzie Bone, Qwel, Mo-B (Sandpeople), Illmaculate (Sandpeople) and more...My Pops has always played the electric guitar and I brought him in on a project in 2002 called Liquid Red..after that particular song, we decided to amalgamate his classic rock generation style with my hip hop generation style...After years of turmoil, issues, incarceration, and the general rollercoaster of life experiences..we have finally sculpted a dynamic album called "Dark Night of the Soul" which is out now in select places, (you can buy from this very page)...The second album I was apart of (which is also available now from this page) is the Dead Poet & Wildcard collaboration entitled "Setting the Bar." This album is raw and high energy, and is a must-have for any fan of true lyrics, dope beats, and rugged delivery. The homie Dead Poet was incarcerated at the tail end of production on this album, and is featured on every song. So say a prayer for him and support that Quality Music and pick it up! I make music that I would want to hear, true heart and soul poured through lyrics on top of crafty production, and not what is just "in." So fear no more, there is dope music available, its not all the garbage that is forced down our throats by the puppets in the game.
