Being into music since his childhood when he studied singing of scales and viola in the Madrid Music Conservator, it is in electronic music in which David Mariscal finds the best way to express himself, attracted from the combination of technique and pure creativity.

Since 1997, David Mariscal starts out as a dj. His solid musical background and his talent for electronic music take him to play regularly in key clubs in Madrid and all over Spain like The Room, Gheizza, Goa The Rave and Deep, among others. Later on he starts running some clubs and after clubs like the now closed Veracruz and Teleplay.

The need of finding the sound that he always looks for when selecting the music for his sets, leads David Mariscal to create his own music, focusing on production from then on. Linked with the Spanish record label Mimusik, in which he has some production works, David Mariscal starts releasing through imprints such as Sindicato Records or the French Freak’n Chic and Frankie Records.

On his sets, he has always tried to keep a very personal style, homogeneous and elegant, embracing almost every aspect from house and techno, depending on the circumstances and taking into account their development.

David is currently focused on his work as producer. Thanks to the success of his releases, acknowledged by public and djs, David Mariscal is regularly heating up the dance floors of the most important clubs of Madrid, but also he has initiated his trajectory on an international level.

His unique sound as a dj and producer and the exquisite quality of his productions make of David Mariscal a versatile dj and complete producer taking him to a solid position in the electronic music scene.
