About Me

Computer programmer and music fan, living just outside of Oslo, Norway.
I take interest in stuff that may seem unimportant to others ... like the beauty of a black-and-white photography; the shapes and textures and colours of an old neglected building; interconnected events that span decades and centuries; men and women with the courage to front ideas they consider vital ...
I don't believe in a particular religion (because there's too much power and greed and oppression involved), neither do I believe in a particular political system (because being a politician means you have to lie, it comes with the job) -- although I know which political side I support. Instead, I try to be true to myself, my spiritual and moral inner self.

MT-TV's 'Shevolution' DVD, a short review

Late September update

Last Thursday I submitted a short story to the publisher, and with any luck they'll include it in an upcoming anthology, which -- if it happens -- will be the first time I've had any of my stories pub...

Summer holiday

I've done a bit of travelling this summer holiday. My first visit was to Stockholm Sweden for an exhibition of works by American artist Paul McCarthy. His art is far from beautiful -- and I mean ...

Sunburnt and walking awkwardly

I've spent the weekend putting out a fire ...! Thing is, I'm a second-level reserve for the fire brigade (a long long story, believe me), so basically when the professionals can't handle the fire...
