About Me

Hi, my name is Bonny and I am the Marketing & Communications Manager for Moodbully Management.
Moodbully is fundamentally in the business of promoting a limited number of bands and solo artists and has made a deliberate choice to be selective in those artists in which it believes and can therefore passionately represent.
The aim of Moodbully is to work with the artist to provide Marketing Communications and a number of associated services on a Worldwide basis, including (but not exclusively) raising the general artists profile, assisting with production of high quality support information, seeking to obtain publishing deals and the setting up and promoting of live performances, including clinics.
We believe it's all about the music and the creativity behind it, not just 'the business' and making money.
Moodbully prides itself in working from a position of trust and putting the artist first.
If you feel that the above strikes the right chord with what you, as an artist, seek in a Promotions Management Company, then all we ask is that you make contact with us and send a sample reflecting you and your music. If we feel that we can work on your behalf to create awareness and interest in what you are about, than that is exactly what we will do!
Moodbully currently represents:
Mr So and So - originally formed in 1991 and signed to Pagan Media for the release of their debut album Paraphernalia in 1992. The following year the band signed to GFT for the release of their second album Compendium.
In 1996 they arrived at Steve Rothery's Dorian Music label and this culminated in the critically acclaimed 3rd album The Overlap. The band embarked on support slots on Marillion's This Strange Engine and Radiation tours but unfortunately, the album wasn't ready in time for the latter tour. This was seen by many as the catalyst for the band finally going their separate ways during 2000.
The nucleus of the band re-established contact in early 2005 and subsequently reformed and are now raring to go! Exciting times lay ahead for this highly creative and musical five-some!

The Reasoning - formed in October 2005 after Matthew Cohen left prog band Magenta earlier that year. He quickly established an experienced line up of musicians and set about writing songs. Within a short period of time things fell into place, the material started to flow and The Reasoning welcomed on board a truly exceptional talent in the form of multi award winning singer Rachel Jones, who had previously fronted Karnataka, and has won Best Female Singer for the Classic Rock Society for an unprecedented 4 consecutive years.
Their debut album Awakening, produced and engineered by Matthew, was mixed by Dave Meegan (U2, Marillion), has just been released through Comet Music and a special guest appearance by Steve Rothery (Marillion) has ensured that the buzz surrounding this band is already formidable.

Jadis - A four-piece rock band hailing from the south of England whose 6th studio album Photoplay will be released on the InsideOut label on 20 February 2006. Frontman Gary Chandler reckons the album contains some of his best riffs and melodies to date and shows a heavier side to the band. A lot of work has one into the vocal arrangements, with Steve Thorne contributing backing vocals and harmonies on most of the track... [ more... ]
