The usually edible reproductive body of a seed plant; especially one having a sweet pulp associated with the seed.
The Fruit Effect! is purely an expressive form of art. It is an interesting way to convey emotion, yet also allows the viewer to interpret the work of art in his or her own way. The concept of making art on fruit can be intriguing and captivating to the eye. If fruit can nourish your body, then allow The Fruit Effect to nourish your soul!
*Adding anything to the fruit is perfectly fine, as long as the primary focus of the piece is the drawn marks on the surface.
*The surface should be durable enough for mark-making with the material being used.
*Fruit decays! As soon as the fruit gets to the point where you would not consume it yourself, that is when is is not considered art any longer and the piece must be disposed of.

*The fruit may NOT be preserved; it must decay naturally
*The art must be purely expressive and, above all, should not limit one's imagination.
