Lauren Halliday is a Vocalist, Guitarist and Songwriter with a propensity for individuality and raw creative sound. From passionately rocking her way in the alternative rock band Exit to Eden to strumming the haunting melodies of her solo work she is an ever evolving artist.Beginning her musical journey on a tiny seaside town along the coast she started performing new material to anyone whod listen. Although the sea was an inspiration the beach was too small stage so she took off with her guitar to see the broader world. From playing in sweaty basements in Canada and shacked up Thailand bars to swanky London and Brighton venues she has the drive to sing her soul and pluck each heart from any audience.Unsuspected from her ethereal presence comes powerful soaring vocals and rhythm fuelled guitar. Inspired by Ani Difranco, Bjork and Radiohead she has a varied taste for artists who sell their music, not their soul. Refusing to be sucked in by the music manufactured machine she continues to write each song with a difference. Playing live is her love and she sees the future luminous with endless possibility.
