Grimey Shrapnal is one of the lastest young emcees to emerge into the grime scence.
Hailing from New Cross, South London and starting to rhyme at the age of 10, his love for writing was excelled by the garage and graffiti culture he experienced upon starting secondary school. After hooking up with the "Over The Top Cartel" at a Community Centre Programme, and then the "Top Cat Kids" at People’s Day, Grimey attained Pirate radio experience on "Cruise FM" and local recognition with his version of "Ghetto Kyote" and his part on Blue Borough’s "Opening Riddim".
Following this brief success, he decided to take time out to focus on his exams but now aims to make a return with a new and improved level of writing and understanding for music. Watch this space……
