We like to have a CDR and/or some form of a physical copy of demos. As our schedules are pretty crazy and then to add managing incoming emails (which is full time job in itself), allot things can slip through the cracks. Which we do not like, so getting them this way we have a much better system to make sure we both (and/or all of us...) get to hear them.
