Carrollton Station Foundation

About Me

The Carrollton Station Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation established to provide grants to New Orleans musicians who lost instruments, equipment and livelihood due to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Feeder Bands on the Run is the benefit cd produced by the Foundation to generate revenue to fund its grants. The album features 20 original songs--the majority of which were written in the storms' aftermath--by outstanding local artists. Those songs are listed here under "influences" because the musicians who contributed their time and talents to the project are the inspiration upon which it is founded. More information on the Foundation, the cd and on how to apply for a grant is available at our website. Feeder Bands on the Run is currently available for purchase at Carrollton Station, located at the corner of Willow and Dublin Streets in New Orleans, at Louisiana Music Factory, through the Louisiana Music Factory website and through CdBaby . If you just can't get enough (of course you can't!) check out Carrollton Station @ Myspace for more news about the bar.
