Da Vinci Records is an independent record label that was created to cover all aspects of music. In the beginning of 2004 Reginald Cornwell A.K.A. Cornbred decided to start his own record label, because recording with other people that weren't on the same page as him didn't work out. With the management skills that he has acquired over the years, Cornbred believed that he could run his own organization. Our roster includes Andre Barnes A. K.A. Uno (age 25), Franklyn Marshall A.K.A. Big Tank (age 23), Ihsan Saalam A.K.A. Sincere (age 22), Porche' Dent A.K.A Sneakee (age 21), Qasim Barnes A.K.A. Q Beats (age 25), and Reginald Cornwell A.K.A. Cornbred (age 25). Q Beats, Cornbred, and Big Tank have at least a 6 year musical background which includes playing percussion for the Willowridge High School band.
Da Vinci Records is capable of producing varieties of music. It doesn't matter if you want Hip- Hop, Hardcore Rap, R&B, Dance, Soul, Jazz, etc., we can do it. Q Beats is versatile when he produces his music, and he can produce any type of sound that the artist request. Q Beats is like the backbone for Da Vinci Records. He was also hired to produce for local recording artists Youngstar and Lil' Flex, but it didn't work out, so he quit. When it comes to writing lyrics, they really make their words complete the track. They don't just put anything on the beat. THEY CREATE MUSIC. Sometimes there are songs where the vocals don't match the beat, and it really just sounds like noise, but EVERYBODY says their music is platinum or it's the best. People want to hear something that sounds good, not trash. Not to say that their music is the best ,but when you listen to it you will be able to hear that their style, lyrics, and music is ready for the industry.
