umm...orlando and mike met at an MDC show and talked about playing in a band togther after having played in others (illrevue and psychotic reaction, respectively). mike knew dennis (psychotic reaction) wanted to be in another band, so we began to practice in west haven, ct. about three weeks later, jeff (society in breakdown) began practicing with in order to round out the noise. thus the band was born.
we initially used "left-hand path" for a name, but hatred for it arose after our first show. our friend joaquin also said that he was going to put us on a show with a band called "right-hand path," and that pretty much sealed the deal. all along, we had jokingly been calling ourselves "browntown," people started referring to us as "browntown," so we kept it.
everyone in the band has access to this, so feel free to write generally or specifically. that's it. see y'all somewhere. some day.
