About Me

IT
IT has always been a dweller in dreaming, ever probing and seeking answers in the unlit, murky depths of his creation.
He would most appropriately be described as a total question mark and a riddle to all.
Indisputably the very essence of the most profane enigma, an unsolvable and bewildering puzzle.
This mysterious being who've always seen himself as a complete outsider in existence he, in the massive distance he felt towards humanity, took the name of IT back in 1988.
IT is considered by many as one of the most important and original songwriters that dark Metal has to offer today, and is famed to go all the way with his creations, whether it be the uniqueness and poetic brilliance known as Ophthalamia, torturing himself in the studio for Abruptum or showing his couldn't care less humor with Vondur.
He however continues developing his inimitable vocals and certainly building as much detachment he could to everything.
He has also written and performed for other acts, such as Marduk and Dissection.
IT is said to wield a massive aura as an incredibly charismatic and romantic person, but that he could in an instant turn into a bitter and hateful rage or unexpectedly vanish for years...
When his not active composing metaphorical scripts or creating other art, he is enjoying roaming the world, Asia above all.
Today IT is vigorously working with his new band 8thSin and has consequently released two Full-length albums so far, "Sinners Inc." and "Angelseed & Demonmilk".
The third album of 8thSin is being worked on at this moment, tentatively called "Cosmogenesis".
OBSERVE:
This is the ONLY OFFICIAL Myspace page for any of these bands, only exeption is 8thSin.
You can reach IT personally here, but he getting back to you is NOT guaranteed.
ABRUPTUM
Abruptum is no music.
Abruptum is the audial essence of pure black Evil.
As Euronymous put it as he signed the band to his Deathlike Silence Productions back in 1991.
"Listening to Abruptum is like cutting oneself with rusty razors while having a 42 degree fever" or "Abruptum is the ultimate party killer" is some of the quotes through the years.
Abruptum studio sessions were full of blood and torture.
When their third full-length album "Evil Genius" was released, the first 666 copies included a razorblade and the exhortation "KILL YOURSELF" on the front.
With Latin only lyrics and the atmospheric darkness that they conjured up during their recording sessions, there isn't even a question this is indeed the most Obscure, wicked, and EVIL band" in the world.
Abruptum never left anyone unaffected. Hate it, fear it or embrace and worship it.
The song appearing here is taken from the Nordic Metal Compilation and is considered one of their more "normal" and listenable "songs".
To "enjoy" Abruptum as should, listen to the full album sessions... We have warned you.
OPHTHALAMIA
This inimitable band should perhaps best be described pretty closely to "Black metal as it would have sounded in the seventies".
The Via Dolorosa album from 1995 has frequently been voted as one of the top ten Black Metal albums ever, and has a huge following of fans claiming this album as their absolute fave.
Though, in no way would we do the band fairness by claiming they are Black Metal, for even if it is undeniably a Journey in thorough anguish and gloom, it is still exceptional and indisputable, not sounding like ANY Black Metal out there.
"Slowly Passing the Frostlands/ A Winterlands Tear" is taken out of the bands second album "Via Dolorosa" and was partly written to the memory of Eauronymous, who nailed the title "Slowly Passing the Frostlands".
"Eclipse of Life is from the bands fifth full-length album "Dominion".
VONDUR
Vondur is dark humor, fucking around with the "seriousness" of the Black Metal scene.
With vocals in Icelandic, outrageous corpse paint, huge weapons, great portion of "fuck you" attitude and songs that are played at hyper-fast holocaust speed, they certainly lived up to their declaration of war.
Vondur have big knives. Vondur Drive fast cars.
There are NO Nuclear Weapons, there is only VONDUR.
Most of all, Vondur couldn't care less!
Visit one of the Unofficial pages to catch some perverted tunes...
WAR
An ambiguous project made to raise money to the "True Satanist Horde" and its actions.
Including members such as All from Abruptum/Ophthalamia/Vondur, Peter Tägtgren from The Abyss/Hypocrisy/Pain and Blackmoon from Dark Funeral/Necrophobic.
WAR is pure, primal conflict.
The piece of work listenable here is from the album "Total War".
8thSin
This is what IT is occupying himself with at the present.
