I’m attending UTPA and I finally see my goal as achievable. I never thought that college could change a person so much. I wish I could say that I have found myself but at this time I’m still trying to figure out where my life will go and who I will share that life with. I don’t know what the world will bring me…I would love to say that I’m always optimistic but from time to time and quite often my views are pessimistic. I feel that if I expect the worst, anything else will pleasantly surprise me. Life experience has taught me to be like this and it’s worked/ing thus far. I was recently reminded that “what ever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.” If that is true, I must be one of the strongest people in the world. I suppose that is why I refuse to give up and I am always trying new things.
