"A New Life"

I'd like to meet:

Better then the Lord---Jesus suffered a death that no man should ever bare. A death due to his love, belief, faith, and devotion. A man that made the ultimate sacrifice and for what? His love for mankind created by his father? Or his belief that he alone could save our souls, Maybe it was his faith, that his suffering of earth would surely secure an eternal spot in heaven. Either way, he had enough devotion to endure this treacherous journey.Now answer this question honestly don't lie. Would you put your life on the line for a stranger? Think about it, your life for another person so that they can live a full life? Most people are so selfish that the thought never even crosses their mind. I am guilty of the charges as well, so what needs to be done. So how can we truly say that we love someone, if we can't open up or hearts to pain. Is it that we are better then of Lord and Savior? We have subjected our self to pain, hurt, and agony a few time and we build a wall and hide behind it. I for one wish not to sit back and think that Jesus died a pointless death. Put yourself in his shoes, and try to imagine how much pain he suffered. What it felt like to be beat, spit on, kicked, slapped, whipped, and speared. All, while carrying a structure that will contribute to your demise. Then to be stretched wide, nailed through your flesh, and hung until you parish. Because of the love he has for the Father and us he submitted and, suffered for you and I. But wait, I guess your better then the Lord. So now, can you can you tell me!! Are you sure that you can ‘t open your heart up to endure the possibility of pain? Even though Jesus knowing the pain he would endure, Opened up his mind, heart, body, and soul, all because of love!---A New Life---
