My interests include but are not limited to bowling, going to the movies, music, concerts, painting, writing, other artsy stuff, putt putt golf, traveling, dining out, meeting new people, and now that I've lost 180+lbs I LOVE to SHOP!!! Before having my gastric bypass surgery, I couldn't shop in actual stores. I had to shop in what I call "Big Mama Catalogs". Now I can actually shop in stores. Weightloss surgery saved my life and really helped my self esteem. I feel so much better now. Yay!!!

I don't know many people near my age that have this disease so I hope that having this page here, I can meet some. I'd also love to make new friends with just about anyone here. So send me a message and then I'll consider adding you as a friend. I can't wait to hear from you. Please don't be shy. I'm really a nice person.

Music:
I have a love for classical and opera. I went to college on a vocal music scholarship and was taught to sing both classical and opera. Alot of the time, I didn't know what I was singing because it was in a different language but I loved the melodies and the passion behind the music. I loved being a powerhouse soprano and just belting out those high notes. God I miss those days.
I also love music from all genre's. I believe there is good music in them all. Some of my favorites are Finger Eleven, the Barenaked Ladies, My Chemical Romance, Johnny Taylor, Gym Class Heroes, Justin Timberlake, P!nk, Tenacious D, Fall Out Boy, Al Greene, Timbaland, Missy Elliott, The old Michael Jackson, 311, Metallica, Skynard, Etta James, Lily Allen, Colby Caliet, Pavarotti, Fergie, Norah Jones, Ben Folds, Queen, Weezer, Sublime, The Offspring, Sade, etc (The list could go on forever)... And I'll admit, I love Disco and Funk! I'm not ashamed of it. I love 70's music!!
