I gotta say that I'm nobody special, just a regular Joe. Awhile back I got sick and tired of the hoods ruining my 'hood, so I decided to do somethin' about it. I started weight training and bought some martial arts books and began workin' out heavily during my down time. I don't recommend doin' what I do, but I ain't gonna discourage ya either. If more folks were willin' to do somethin' about the sorry state society's in, this country wouldn't be in such a mess
