About Me

A cinematic breakfast snack of epic proportions... that's me. I'm heaven and hushpuppies but never short on sass. I work WAY too much for my own good, but being tired isn't going to stop me from stomping your goofy ass if the muse descends. Generally misunderstood... a LOT... and I have a bad habit of pissing people off without meaning to. But I'm filled to the brim with charm, charisma, and a delightful caramel filling. I'm quite smart, pretty friendly, and I loves to make da peoples laugh. Schadenfreude consumes me, so cripples/fatties/midgets/the elderly/any combination of those four should steer clear of me... cuz I'll be laughing. Oh yes.Half of the time I'm completely insane and random, cracking wise and being a total smartass. The rest of the time I'm stiltedly formal, quiet, and VERY serious. It just all depends on how I woke up that morning.I'm convinced that any man who likes me is completely insane, despite the fact that I'm horribly lovable.I'm apeshit about manners, and I hate presumptuous people with a fiery passion.

My Interests

Video games (Legend of Zelda predominantly) rule my free time. I like to read, and I do so A LOT. I'm a writer and would like to publish sometime in the future. I sing ditties. I like dirty jokes-- the dirtier, the better. I do festive dances at any given time, I smoke like a chimney, drink like a fish, swear like a sailor, and dote on people like it's going out of style.

I'd like to meet:

Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Bea Arthur, Christopher Walken, Tim Burton, Levar Burton, Gary Oldman, Alan Rickman, Jesus Christ, Buddha, Ganesha, Thor, Snoopy, my mailman, the costume designer for "Shogun", Batman, Aquaman, Billy Graham, a Hassidic Jew, Joan of Arc, Don Knotts, the guy from "Unsolved Mysteries", and probably Howie Mandell, but just because I want to touch his face to see what kind of scream he'll make.

Music:

Elton John is my homeboy, but I make room for Phil Collins, Billy Joel, Coheed and Cambria, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Rammstein, a smidge of the Beatles, Marvin Gaye, Incubus, Queen, The Cure, Tenacious D, They Might Be Giants, Weird Al, Styx, Green Day, etc. I also enjoy late 1950's rock, 1980's hair bands, musicals... anything I can squeeze into a mix CD. I also have an insatiable lust for the violin. If you play violin, your friendship with me is just about guaranteed.

Movies:

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Hero. House of Flying Daggers. Kill Bill, but just Volume One. Silent Hill. Saw. Brain Donors. Howl's Moving Castle. Princess Mononoke. Anchorman. Anything by Mel Brooks. Labrynth. Legend. The Muppet movies, take your pick. Clash of the Titans. Cabin Boy. PCU. Overboard. Shaolin Soccer. Kung Fu Hustle. Any movie made by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Saving Silverman. Return of the King (Pippin rocks hardcore). Mirror Mask. So, really, any new-age kung-fu movie or something ridiculously funny. Not too picky.

Television:

Family Guy, South Park, Sailor Moon (hoo buddy, my favorite), Star Trek (but ONLY Next Gen, the rest can kiss my ass), Samurai Champloo, and I miss the old cartoons like Captain N: Game Master and the Super Mario Super Show.

Books:

The Dark Tower series (my favorite), IT, Night Shift, Four Past Midnight, Different Seasons... all by Stephen King. Harry Potter. Ender's Game. Bean's Shadow. An Incomplete Education. Worst Case Scenario books. Joke books. Classic fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Anderson. Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs. Medical texts. Stone Soup. The Velveteen Rabbit. Classic literature like The Odyssey, Beowulf, Wuthering Heights, Moby Dick, pretty much anything you hated having to read in school. I read very fast, and can dessimate an entire novel in a single evening if there's nothing else I have to do.
