About Me

I can't say how old I am because I can never remember. I thought I was 36 for a whole year and 3 months before my birthday I found out I was really 37 so now I have no idea how old I am. I have too much to do to keep track of that. I prefer to think of it as pushing 20-20.My life consists of Casey, my honey, my Red Forman; Josh, my son honey, my little Mac Daddy, my baby who flew the coop; Zach, my other son honey, mommy's little super jock, my baby who will always be my baby and is bigger than everybody; and work.

My Interests

I love to read. I love to shop. I like to bake sometimes. Casey and I just bought a 100 year old farmhouse in Grand Haven so I'm currently loving to remodel. I'm sure that will get old sooner or later but right now I'm all about antiques and restoration.

I'd like to meet:

The dog whisperer so he could whisper some sense into my dogs.

Music:

Yeah, I like music. Country music, classical music, rock music, metal music, pop music, 70's music, 80's music, musicals. I like to sing really loud and, unlike Josh (for those of you subjected to the dying dog howling that he does) I can carry a tune. I suppose it's all my fault that he sounds like that. I encouraged both my boys to sing constantly when they were little. Josh napped as a baby to Metallica and they both new the words to "American Pie", "Cat Scratch Fever", and any AC/DC song you can name by the time Zach was 6.

Movies:

The best movie I have seen this year is "Crash". It was awesome. You MUST see this movie. Other than that I like girl movies and action movies. I like historical movies. I HATE kung fu/smacking/retarded movies. Bleh. Weak plots as an excuse for fighting.

Television:

Grey's Anatomy.

Books:

Big. Fat. Historical. Science Fiction. Mystery. Suspense. Romance if nobody's looking. Old. New. My current list of favorite authors, in no particular order, Diana Gabaldon, Tom Clancy, Charles Dickens, Charlotte Bronte, Shakespeare, Jack Whyte, George R.R. Martin.
