--------------------------------------------Coming out of Copenhagen Denmark, the 4-piece backing group: RIDDIM FORCE BAND, is now known as one of the best Scandinavian backing bands.Backing up local artist of Jamaican origin, Jah Bobby, Little Tasha/Natasja, Tuco, Philip, Horace Corn, Mr. Chin, Cornstick, Proffesor Dong, Mandingo +many more, RIDDIM FORCE BAND emerged on the scene in 2002.
By popular demand attending the biggest Danish Reggae Club; Rubadub Sundays, the band held outstanding concerts backing legendary british artists; Country Culture and Shinehead plus legendary Jamaican artists such as; Chukki Starr, Half Pint and Johnny Clarke. The list of stars is long, but one should not forget Riddim Force Bands collaboration with the amazing Lady Saw and conscious Jah Mason on the unforgettable European tour in august 2005.The 4 band members take advantage of all their skills in their pursuit of the right sound, using both; samplers, groovebox, keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and of course doing the backing vocals.All members have been working on the reggae scene for several years, getting to know the culture, playing thousands of gigs in the Freetown Christiania, arranging reggae, ragga and dancehall events in the city of Copenhagen. The members have been touring both Denmark as well as Europe performing live on stage with Bikstok Rgsystem, Bass And Trouble, Ministry Of Harmony and Djosos Krost.In addition drummie Pharfar, has been running sounds like 59P and Bikstok Rgsystem alongside working in his studio.
