About Me

Installation create an electronic funk, hip-hop mash-up, drawing on their many influences including the likes of the Beastie Boys, Hot Chip, John Martyn, Gorrilaz, Kate Bush and MGMT.
Installation started out in 2005 and have been playing their energetic live show at venues and festivals across the south ever since, as well as co-promoting and DJ’ing with Hijera at Grey Matter nights in Southampton.
They have supported artists including Akala, Akil From Jurassic 5, Dan Black, Ugly Duckling, Unklejam, Sway, Shlomo, Leon Jean-Marie and Mike Relm.
