Hi Everybody. My name's Glenn and apparently I'm mentally unstable! I live in the urban shit hole that is called South East London and I absolutely hate it as it's full of chavs hanging around bus shelters and sharing a single can of stella between 5 of them. I'm in my final year at Greenwich Univeristy (the 98th best university in the country might I add!) where I am studying media. I have no idea how this is going to help me in later life but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!I spend my free time in the pub (pint of Carling Top if you're buying please), going to see my beloved Charlton Athletic play ( why o why must I live near a shit football team!?) and genreally mundane activities such as naming as many bands as I can with numbers in them. I'm up to almost 40 now! ( I bet you just thought of a couple as you're reading this! I'm right aren't I!?) My dream is to have my very own Spar store! Spar Forever!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

The Man who invented Spar! He is a God, need I say more!!!

Music:

I am an indie boy at heart (I even have a blazer!) and enjoy a number of bands. In the last year i've seen REM, Idlewild, Feeder, Ok Go, The Upper Room, Razorlight and Bell X1 ( AKA The most amazing and under-rated band of all time, seriously check them out). I also adore Graham Coxon, that man should be pope!

Movies:

Too many to choose from. Am bit of a movie buff (that's a GEEK in normal language!) and throughly enjoy films with lots of explosions, blood & guts but also making time for the more sensible and grown up type of movie! All time favourites would include The Shawshank Redemption, Trainspotting and Fight Club.

Television:

Being a lazy sod I do a lot of TV viewing (mainly comedy) so the list of favourite shows is quote lengthy. I throughly enjoy the likes of The Office, Black Books, Spaced, Teachers, The Mighty Boosh, Extras and Peep Show (without a doubt the funniest thing on TV in many years!)

Books:

Considering I used to work at Waterstones I don't read that much for fun as I have been bombarded with insanely hard to understand university texts! However, I have managed to find time for evrything written by Danny Wallace and Dave 'Whacked My Google' Gorman. I have met Dave Gorman already I intend on meeting Danny soon so I can say that I've met the set!

Heroes:

Quite difficult question to answer this one but it would have to be the man who created Spar Stores! Not a day goes by when I'm not thankful for the work that man has done *sniff*
