Not dead!

About Me

Alive on several feelings and taking comfort in happy/simple things as well as stolen days and basements tapes. Not answering phones, making funny faces in mirrors and collecting the change that falls from behind the couch in order to save up for more inspiration. ' Just myself: adam-carl, a bedroom, a guitar, a piano, a voice and ukelele (for real, they rock) and a microphone that works every second day. One step back: part Jonathan Safran Foer obssessive and Anton Checkov (minus the sadness), lots of blue sky (minus the clouds), holding patterns and a desire to be an Eastern European alcoholic, mariarchi band leader. Oh yes! '

Yeah. Taken awhile. This is pretty much the most exciting thing ever - rivalled only by that scene in Home Alone 1 where the bandits finally get their just desserts and are captured by the NYPD, ...

I found this written on a table in Melbourne a few months back. I think it's kinda nice, if a little funny: I would like to tell you all you are not alone. Everyone has doubts and struggles with life ...
