Any of my old friends who have moved away and I haven't seen in a couple years or more, like Brian Stempien, Andrew Baxter, and Ben Kirkup.
Oh, and I want to find Barbara Kuzma. She's the one who got me into acting. Here I was, a shy little junior higher in a school full of people who generally considered me a nerd (if you can believe that), and they were having auditions for "Fiddler on the Roof" and I wouldn't have DREAMED for a moment of getting up in front of all those people who considered me a nerd and actually daring to do a singing audition, but she passed me one day in the hall and said, "You should audition for that. You'd be a good Tevye." So I did, and I got the part. And Barbara played my wife. Since then I've been in over a dozen shows in college and our community theater, so I guess a little of my success should be shared with her, wherever she is. Someone let her know, please.
And then I'd like to meet young men. I realize that today's society will probably take that the wrong way, put it in a sound bite somewhere, and attempt to ruin my career, but I mean it in all purity. As someone who was considered a nerd in junior high (but I've gotten over it), I find my heart very much inclined to help, mentor, tutor, etc., young men coming after me. I appreciate seeing a young man working hard when I shop somewhere; I appreciate seeing them act as gentlemen around adults, especially ladies; I appreciate seeing them grow into the men God would have them to be.
And then I'd like to meet just about anyone with any real connections in the film world. Redmond, Oregon, is not really the place to found a film career, but I'm trying. Through various channels, I've met Phil Hurn, an Emmy-award-winning cinematographer; and Tim Donahue, a matte painter for special effects departments. I hope to meet more.
