Hey all!
This is what I have been up to.....
And for those who know me quite well I might not need to say much....except that I love the friends and family that I have and I hope it shows....Because you all make a huge difference in my life. And also have driven me into some crazy experiences which I can not share on this public page....this goes out to the Crazy 8 Bandits from 1991...(you know who you are)
I have been experiencing life full-on in San Francisco for the past 6 years and have endured some amazing and dynamic times with audio and music, new and old friends and also living away from my family in Minnesota which has been growing with little nieces and nephews recently....much love! But the bay area has much to offer including diverse music and the BEST FOOD! I have opened my tastebuds to a whole new world and love every bite of it! Along with the diverse culture I am greatful.
I have been involved with music for quite some time and found this to be hospitable ground on which to explore. Collaborations, it seems like everyone plays music out here. I do remember my first day in SF where I was strolling along Market Street and came along a street musician, which I had requested him to play more slide on his guitar . Then when I finally met him and said thanks, he asked if I play music. I said I played guitar.....he replied "great.....just what we need.......another guitar player!" So for moving out to San Francisco to play music, this was not the encouragement which I was looking for, but I understood where the man was coming from......He is sort of right!
