About Me

I play the cello and write string arrangements. I currently perform with the Memphis Symphony Orchestra, Mouserocket, Harlan T. Bobo, Rob Jungklas, and occasionally other folks.

Recently I cowrote the string arrangements and performed on the new Cat Power album "The Greatest" along with my friend Harlan T. Bobo. I've also done arrangements for Planet Swan, Todd Agnew, Joy Whitlock, The Third Man and Mr. Bobo himself.

Some guys whose records I've played on: Al Green (Can't Stop, Everything's OK), Cat Power (The Greatest), North Mississippi Allstars (Polaris), Marti Pellow, Harlan T. Bobo , Mouserocket , Planet Swan , Susan Marshall (Firefly), Rob Jungklas, Snowglobe (Doing The Distance), Holly Cole , Vending Machine (Five Piece Kit), "The Poor and Hungry" soundtrack, Kallen Esperian(Christmas Album), John Eddie (Who the Hell is John Eddie?), The Lost Sounds (Rat's Brains and Microchips, Black Wave), Louise Hoffsten, and whatever else I've forgotten.

Movies you can hear me on:
"The Poor and Hungry"
"Black Snake Moan"

I primarily make my living as a symphony musician, but I really enjoy plugging into an amp and busting some eardrums with elecrtified cello. I also play guitar, bass, and drums, but only good enough for rock 'n roll.
