So the rumours are true...Fony are no more!
Unfortunate as it is, we have had to call time on fony, due to issues that could no longer be worked out the band have gone their seperate ways.
"We would like to thank everyone who has ever shown any support for us over the years. It has been a long struggle with many highs and many lows, we made some great friends and played with even greater bands and are very thankful to have had the opportunity to travel and play the music we love.
Huge thanks to all the past and present members of fony...it's a journey you'll never forget.
Thanks to Richard & Josie, remember all the good times!
Thanks to any one who ever gave us free shit or let us sleep on their floor or generally helped us in anyway, if you beleive in Karma you will be rewarded lol ;)
Finally thanks to our long suffering families and girlfriends who put up with us chasing this dream!...Not bad for some drunken idiots from Reigate College."

* FONY *
1998-2006
Fony formed in surrey around the turn of the millennium, since then they have released two albums The first 2002’s “Routine Irregular” was met with a enthusiastic response from the music press and public alike, this resulted in Fony being tagged one of the UK’s best new bands by Kerrang! Magazine.
There second studio venture “circles” released in the autumn of 2003 took them forward and was a departure from the raw sound of “routine”, it saw the band return with a more natural sound and more advanced song writing.
Through extensive touring Fony have supported and toured throughout the U.K and Europe with respected bands such as Life of Agony, Funeral for a Friend, Earthtone 9, Lost Prophets, Fear Factoryand most recently Inme.
Fony are now about to embark on a new era with the addition of new front man Fraser. This has taken Fony to a new level of musicianship and song writing pushing the band in a new direction, darker and more dynamic with a sound that creeps up on you with subtle melodies and rhythms.
