About Me

MySpace Layouts
and
UFC MySpace Layout
I'm 34, working in London, being the best Dad I can be to my girls, Robbie and Baby Jaime and a fantastic husband-to-be to Aly. Saying that though, I work too hard, don't train enough and really need to sort my life out! Saying that though, I love family life with all my heart, it's fantastic being a Dad and there's nothing like your baby daughter getting excited and giving you a massive cuddle when you get home from work!Just bought a 1984 Raleigh Super Burner to restore and bring back some memories of my quite well spent youth! It's cost me a small fortune but it's going to be worth it when it's done!

My Interests

500,000 Myspace Ready Video Codes I love keeping fit when I have the time but I train in Muay Thai regularly and would like to get back to Mixed Martial Arts training again now I've got a bit more time on my hands. I love reading, movies, current affairs and the Sopranos. I take my daughter Robbie Ice Skating every two weeks and if it ain't raining we Rollerblade at every opportunity!

I'd like to meet:

Not looking to meet anyone in that way (my Mrs will kill me!!!) but I'd love to see all the Guys from HSD Combat again soon (sorry I've been off the radar for a while but busy getting clean and having a baby!!!!) Hope you're well Gary, Steve et al... I'd also like to meet Dana White again as I want a job in the new London UFC office!

Music:

I LOVE Hip-Hop in particular Jurassic 5, Jay-Z and loads of old school stuff but I'm into a bit of everything really, Corinne Bailey Rae, Coldplay, James Brown, Massive Attack and Holst's The Planets to name a few...

Movies:

Best Gangster Movie - Once Upon a Time In America (except those bloody Pan Pipes!!). Best Action Movie - Roadhouse (80's crap at it's best!). Best Martial Arts Movie - Anything with Jet Li in. Best Romantic Comedy - There's Something About Mary. Best Foreign Language Film - Amelie/City Of God. Best Childrens Film - Finding Nemo.

Television:

The Sopranos, Lost, CBeebies (I've got a Jaime!!!!), My Name Is Earl, Without a Trace. Channel 4 is on pretty much constantly in our house

Books:

I read pretty much anything and if I like an author, I'll read EVERYTHING they've written! Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City series (a bit gay I know but very clever) anything by Grisham, all Dan Brown's stuff, SE Hinton's a legend (Rumble Fish is my favourite of hers, good when youre 15 good when you're 33!) and I've even started to read Martina Cole's stuff but she annoys me a bit as she repeats herself CONSTANTLY

Heroes:

Crabman, Robert DeNiro, Royce & Rickson Gracie, my Dad

Well it's Friday afternoon and my customers have certainly lost their Christmas spirit rather rapidly! Maybe their hangovers have just kicked in or maybe they have just taken of their "Smiley Christma...
