He was born as Mark Recaido in a not so typical Asian family, where Kai-do learned the consequences of being different at a young age.
Being the only minority growing up was something my parents couldnt help me with because this was something theyve never experienced.
So young Kai-do had to problem solve for himself through a lot of trial and error. The nick name Kai-do actually was given to him during these tough times.
I was nick named after Fido Dido because my last name rhymed.
But that name would only be a clue to the destiny he was going to inherit.
Being the only asian growing up, Kai-do didnt have a role model to follow until Bruce Lee came into his life.
Bruce Lee is the man baby, he could beat anyones ass physically, mentally, and
spiritually. He was the worlds first renaissance warrior. Using pop culture to educate the masses with martial arts.
Now Kai-do feels it is his turn to continue what Bruce Lee set out to do.
I am going to remove the negative thinking of the Asian man in pop culture.
Kai-do is a dedicated martial arts athlete who also shares his love of the game in his music.
I WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE ANOTHER FLAVOUR IN HIP HOP THEN JUST BLING BLING, HOES, AND GUNS!
Focused on a path of teaching, competing, and performing Kai-do is ready to be the next renaissance champion.
