About Me



I'm not very good about writing about myself and being serious at the same time. So what can i say??? I don't sleep much...I try being funny, at times successfully. I'm also creative. Not like I can draw the exact replica of michael angelo's vattican ceiling but more like a you have a coat hanger, some yarn, and toothpaste....improvise kind of creative. If you can't tell from the name and the pictures i'm a dj and i'm greek. I spin mostly in philly at places like 32 Degrees, Denim, Zee Bar, and Cuba Libre. I would like to one day create a film that will inspire at least one person. Dj Makis 2007©

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People who are able to AT LEAST tolerate soccer and house music. Not someone who categorizes all dance music as "TEHCNO". I also dislike those who come up and ask "ARE YOU GONNA PLAY HIP HOP?", a second after I just finished a hip hop set! On an off note I think it would be interesting to meet some major political figure like.. Castro, although he did walk by me once while i was in cuba, I didn't actually "meet" him though.
