Odd Perspective

Odd Perspective slowly became a band during 2003 in a small "town" called Kungsör. The two old friends Jonis(vocals) and Flod(guitars) started to work with Jonis songs on auccustic guitars that spring. Jonis learned Flod to play and Flod convinced Jonis that he had a singing voice. In autumn they contacted the bassguitarist Ekka and invited him to a rehearsal in Flod´s basement. Danne later joined the band on drums and Jonis brother "ZepMick" became recruited as a second guitarist. In december 2003 the five members of Odd Perspective was ready to create music. Odd had a quite big local success during 2004 with their fast and easy-to-meltpopsong Amnesia. After their gig on kaktusfestivalen that year, the band broke up beacuase Jonis believed that he was done with music. Nothing was heard from them until they resurrected in february 2005 and recorded "Lifes in order of appearance" and "Follow the tortoise" with Thomas Larson. In autumn 2005 "ZepMick" realised that his musical interests laid somewhere else but in popmusic and decided to quit the band. Pretty soon after "ZepMick"´s defection, a young singer/songwriter namned Sara joined the band on guitar/piano/backing vocals. Odd Perspective has recorded 13 songs and a new demo with 3 songs is on its way, also this one is a cooperation between Thomas Larson and Odd. Enjoy!
