Second Ambassador of Babylon 5. I am in-charge of intellgence for the Vorlon Empire against the Darkness.
History: Known to some as Darth Kosh, Kosh 2, and Ulkesh Kosh, Ulkesh Kosh was seen as a harsh, militant Vorlon.
Ulkesh is younger then Kosh, but old enough to personally know Valen, and met Valen on Babylon 4 in the year 1250 near Sector 14. Kosh helped Valen in the last Shadow War and was later helped the Minbari build their race while, Kosh and Ulkesh awaited the return of Valen...in the form of a Human called Jeffery Sinclair 1000 years later.
Ulkesh began to express himself during the Dilgar War to the Grey Council Leader Dukhat with the assistance of Kosh and alerted Dukhat of the appending prophecy of Valen and warned of the coming of the Shadow's at Z'ha'dum. Kosh informed that the Minbari Federation needed to make contact with the Human's, for the truth lies on the blue planet. But this changed when the EAS Prometheus fired upon the Sharlin Class Warcruiser killing Dukhat. With the death of Dukhat, the Vorlon went to Delenn, whom was part of the prophecy, part of the Children of Valen and had Delenn find Sinclair out of the fire fight without telling her the full truth.
When Babylon 5 was constructed, Kosh went to Babylon 5 to repersent Vorlon and to guide the prophecy and perpare for the coming Shadow War. Ulkesh Kosh remained on Minbar, from these two sides both Kosh's manipulated the Human's and Minbari to build them up for the Shadow War. Kosh's main focus was to reform Delenn to bridge the Human's and Minbari, and Ulkesh Kosh to reform Sinclair into Valen on Minbar.
When Kosh was killed by Morden, Ulkesh Kosh was sent to replace his fallen mentor. Ulkesh refused to give his true name and also spoke in riddles. "We are all Kosh."
