born in Austria and moved to Canada when I was young. Father a drummer and mother a jazz vocalist. started playing at 13 and then giging at 14. Played country for 7 years before I even knew who Bob Marley was.(Did I forget to mention I lived in Thunder Bay Ontario from 11 to 19 which is the only excuse I have for the fact that I had no Idea what reggae was until I was 20. Moved to TO to attend the Humber music program in 94. I was lucky enough to meet some amazing musicians in the urban scene (If you are one of them then you know it) who put up with my lack of repetoire and nurtured my musicality by letting me make music with them. They made me what I am today; Poor and relatively obscure. I am fortunate to still be playing with all these wonderfully gifted people and I am grateful for all the new and inspiring players that keep crossing my path musically.(again, if you are one of them then you know it.) thazz'all 4 now
