About Me

Moved to Denver in Aug 05 to attend grad school. Getting my doctorate in Clinical Psych. Officially a Coloradan now since I plan to stay here! School and related work keep me busy but I definitely find time to socialize and be active. I LOVE being in the mountains as often as I can. An ideal day is either a tough hike or a long bike ride and a picnic lunch. A perfect winter day is boarding some sweet blue or black groomers or the backbowls of MJWP. I also am hooked on triathlon and I love yoga. But it is not just about athletic or outdoorsy stuff. I also love dancing, learning to spin some wax, dining out, cooking at home, going to see live music, catching a drink with friends, hitting up a play... I am also always seeking ways to educate myself or make myself a better person. It has become increasingly important for me to give of myself to various causes that are important to me. Some of the causes to which I am drawn include gay rights, anti-racism, environmentalism, etc.

MY SIMON. LOL. People (male or female) who enjoy the same activities as I do. Since I spend most of my time being active, I want to share those experiences with my friends and a special guy (whoever that ends up being). Basically, I am someone who wants to continuously work on improving my strength and stamina and I want to hang with people who are interested in the same, either in the gym or outdoors. If you are you willing to do a few 14ers in the summer/fall, go backpacking in our incredible national parks, hit the slopes for a full day of riding or skiing, get lost in the music dancing to trance or house, or learn to belay for a climb, we would probably get along.
